Exmoor National Park holiday cottages
Treat you and your loved one to a holiday on Exmoor in North Devon. The stars shine brightest in Exmoor and, if you don’t believe us, then we should also tell you that Devon’s big hitting - but little - national park was designated as the first International Dark Sky Reserve in Europe.
At just 270 square miles, Exmoor isn’t the largest of the national parks, but that means that all the good stuff is concentrated in a small area. And that means you can see a lot of it. It has tumbling rivers, steep valleys, woods, stone clapper bridges, high sea cliffs, roaming ponies, open moorland, tea rooms, steam railways, tiny churches and plenty of myths and legends in ‘Lorna Doone Country’. Visit the seaside twin towns of Lynton and Lynmouth, home to the curious Valley of Rocks, waterfalls and an ornate funicular railway - we have a great selection of Lynton and Lynmouth cottages. Also consider staying in our Parracombe cottages, Chapelton cottages, Challacombe cottages, Bampton cottages, North Molton cottages, Woody Bay cottages and our cottages in Trentishoe. Bring your dog along too as Exmoor is a great place for your pets to explore. We have lots of dog-friendly cottages on Exmoor in our collection.
