This is Ilfracombe’s Wetherspoon pub and, based on Tripadvisor reviews, it’s the best Wetherspoon pub in Devon. The brand is known for offering some of the cheapest food and drink in town, plus a range of real ales and craft beers in a casual atmosphere, but one that doesn’t play background music or allow dogs. It’s open from 8am for breakfast and stays open until midnight – 1am on Fridays and Saturdays – with children welcome until 10pm and food served until 11pm. It has an outdoor area so you can eat alfresco if the weather is good.
